Josephine Douet
Born in France in the 70’s, Josephine Douet is a portraitist and a fashion photographer.
Her work is caracterised by its strength and sensuality, discovering unsuspected aspects of the personality of the people she shoots.
She lived in Norway, Denmark, France, Italy & Spain all through the years. Now, she lives between Spain & Paris.
In 2007, she’s been working on Rufus Wainwright’s “Judy, Judy, Judy” European Tour, as well as doing institutional portraits for Viktor & Rolf and Loewe, among others.
In 2008, she’ll be part of the “House of Viktor & Rolf” exhibition at the Barbican Gallery in London.
She’s currently working on an exhibition about her Haute Couture work.
